1. Introduction
Global Mobile Software LLC (GMS) is committed to providing users with clear health and safety information when using TifoXR experiences. TifoXR experiences may include visual, audio, and simulated movement effects that can affect users differently.
2. Health and Safety Risks
TifoXR experiences may contain flashing lights, motion, simulated movement, 3D depth effects, and loud audio. These features may cause dizziness, nausea, eye strain, disorientation, loss of balance, motion sickness, headaches, fatigue, photosensitive reactions, or seizures in some users.
3. Safe Use
Users should use TifoXR only in a safe physical environment and remain aware of their surroundings at all times. Users should maintain sufficient space from people, objects, furniture, stairs, and other potential physical hazards.
Users should stop using the experience immediately if they experience discomfort or symptoms such as dizziness, nausea, disorientation, visual discomfort, headache, fatigue, or other adverse effects.
TifoXR should not be used while driving, operating machinery, or operating other equipment.
4. Photosensitivity and Medical Conditions
Users with a history of seizures, photosensitivity, balance disorders, or other conditions that may be affected by flashing lights, motion, or immersive experiences should consult a medical professional before using TifoXR.
5. Children and Minors
Minors should use TifoXR under appropriate adult supervision. Parents and guardians should consider the potential effects of flashing lights, motion, simulated movement, 3D depth effects, and loud audio before permitting a minor to use an experience.
6. Current and Future TifoXR Experiences
Current versions of TifoXR may include flashing lights, motion, simulated movement, and 3D depth effects.
Current versions do not yet operate on headsets. Future versions may support additional immersive hardware and input methods. Users should review the applicable health and safety information before using any future TifoXR experience or supported hardware.
